Children, Youth & Family Services partners with Smart Beginnings and the Virginia Star Quality Initiative to assess the level of quality of child care providers in this area.  By participating in this voluntary rating and improvement system, providers demonstrate their commitment to quality beyond expectation or requirement. Through mentoring and training, CYFS
gives these child care providers tools along
a path to improvement.
