KIDS' Dash
Children, Youth, and Family Services is excited to announce that we have partnered with the Charlottesville Track Club and Ragged Mountain Running Shop to provide children with the opportunity to run their very own race during the Charlottesville Ten Miler!
Date: March 31, 2012
Time: 7:30 am
Place: UVa's newly renovated Lannigan Track. Note that it is imperative that you arrive before 7:05 AM, all roads to U-Hall will close at that time.
Cost: $10- this will include a cotton t-shirt and race number for each child. Any additional proceeds will benefit Children, Youth, and Family Services.
Additional information:
There will be three separate races available:
- Quarter Mile
- Half Mile
- 1 Mile
Children are encouraged to sign up for the race that would best suit their ability.
This race is part of the Charlottesville Triple Crown Series. For information about other races in this series visit: Triple Crown Info
This race takes place during the Charlottesville 10 Miler and will be completed before the winner of the 10 miler finishes.
