CYFS has moved in to its new buiding!
Children, Youth & Family Services recently moved all staff into our new facility at 1000 East High Street in Charlottesville. In this wonderful building we can now provide more services concurrently at times that are best for children. An expanded counseling schedule has allowed CYFS to accept significant additional State funds to serve more families. A new counseling wing ensures that those who have been victims of abuse receive prompt, professional counseling in private rooms. The building also features multiple-entries and a security system permitting us to offer supervised visitation services for kids involved in custody disputes or allegations of abuse. These services could not be provided in our old facility and would otherwise not be available in Charlottesville. Stop by for a visit!
